Visiting Us
If you have a computer problem, and your bring your computer to us, we will provide you with a free 20 minute assessment to ensure we can make an appropriate diagnosis, and we can also provide you with a no obligation quotation.

Standard Hourly Charge:   $70

Where we estimate that a job may take several hours, or even several days, we are happy to provide you with a quotation for a particular job.

Service Calls at your location
Standard Call Out fee is:       $90 (includes first hour)
Premium Rate Surcharge:    $30  as defined in our Service Locations area
Standard Hourly Charge:      $70

Remote IT Technical Support
Standard Hourly Charge:      $70

For Remote IT Technical Support solutions, we may request your credit card details up front and make a pre-authorisation payment.

Our Unconditional Guarantee
When you Visit Us or use our Remote IT Technical Support services, we guarantee that if we cannot fix the problem, we will not charge you.

Due to overheads associated with providing On Site Services, we cannot provide a no fix no fee guarantee, however we will limit our fees to our Standard Service call charge.
